Train LNM82 has been traveling in almost a straight line since leaving Deming. At Nutt the line curves more to the east. After passing through Nutt, the line begins to descend into the Rio Grande Valley. The scenery gets more interesting, but the highway is on the north side and generally stays a half mile or more away from the tracks. Disk 58
