The Norfolk & Western used trackage rights over the former B&O between Lima and Cincinnati, Ohio. Extra 6197 is passing NS Tower in Lima on July 2, 1982 and has just put three cars on the ground about 50 cars back. The tower was automated in 1995 and torn down in 1999.
